How it started:
Work for the client the award-winning not-for-profit People Like Us movement to make the comms industry more inclusive. An organisation led by brothers Darain Faraz and Sheeraz Gulsher. The campaign went live in London in April and seeks to create discussion in the British parliament about implementing a mandatory ethnicity pay gap.
